Robert Williams was born and raised in the northern Palm Beach County area and has over 20 years as a creative marketing and branding executive within the high-tech industry, but found a passion in riding around 2009. His main goal with founding Riders Only was to develop and organize the riding community while helping everyone get started with, get back to, or get on with the joy and freedom of riding a bicycle.

Roberto Infante was an avid cyclist since his early teens. First BMX, then road cycling and racing, before getting into mountain biking in 2005. His passion grew for riding both on and off-road and naturally became interested in bike shops. Joining a bike shop in 2012, he learned bike repair on the job until becoming a certified mechanic by United Bicycle Institute in 2016. He regularly organizes group "epic" rides while volunteering on the board and doing trail maintenance for the local cycling club F.O.R.C.E (Florida Off-Road Cycling Enthusiasts).
